Submit Your Vehicle
Registration deadline is August 14, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. Submission does not guarantee that your vehicle will be accepted. All submissions will be reviewed and the owners of accepted vehicles will be contacted by the provided phone number or email. The non-refundable registration fee for approved vehicles is $200, after vehicle owner accepts the invitation to exhibit at the event.

Westlake Dave & Buster’s
Cars in Cleveland™, organized by Rafih Auto Group, Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted, and Porsche North Olmsted, will take place in the large, secure parking lot on the Dave & Buster’s property in Westlake, Ohio.
Vehicle owners accepted into the event will enjoy special perks, VIP badges with accompanying benefits exclusive to vehicle owners.
All vehicles are securely roped off and not accessible by the public. You are welcome to remain with your vehicle or to leave it in its secured space and enjoy walking the event.
A live, day-of-event fan vote will take place throughout the event and Gold, Silver, and Bronze trophies will be awarded to the winning vehicles at the end of the show.
